By accessing or using the Apple Express Delivery Portal, Mobile Application, or related messaging services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description
Apple Express is a last-mile delivery company providing logistics and delivery-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Account and shipment management
  • Delivery status notifications and alerts
  • Proof of Delivery (POD) and confirmation messaging
  • Secure communication related to deliveries and orders

3. User Obligations
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier policies

4. Messaging Consent & Compliance

Express Consent:
By creating an account, placing an order, or receiving services from Apple Express, you expressly authorize Apple Express to send you service-related communications.

By using our Service, you consent to:

  • Receive transactional, operational, and service-related messages via SMS, email, or in-app notifications
  • Receive messages related to delivery status, scheduling, Proof of Delivery, exceptions, or system notifications
  • Acknowledge that message frequency varies based on delivery activity and account interactions

Opt-Out:
You may opt out of non-essential electronic messages where permitted by law. Certain service-critical messages cannot be opted out of, as they are required to complete deliveries or comply with legal obligations.

These messages are required to fulfill delivery obligations and, where applicable, to meet regulatory or contractual requirements.

5. Message and Data Rates

  • Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
  • Apple Express is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile service provider

6. Content and Conduct
You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Transmit inappropriate, misleading, or abusive content
  • Attempt to access, disrupt, or compromise system security
  • Impersonate another individual or entity

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, design, and technology used by the Apple Express Service are the property of Apple Express or its licensors
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service solely for its intended purpose

8. Limitation of Liability
Apple Express is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or delays
  • Failed or delayed message delivery due to carrier or third-party systems
  • Issues arising from third-party integrations or dependencies

9. Account Termination
Apple Express reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to the Service at its discretion
  • Refuse service for violations of these Terms
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms
Apple Express may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
